There are 12 apartments in total, 8 flats and 4 duplex relatively small due to the project’s target audience, however, it was sought to make all the apartments have a view of the street and a terrace, which generates greater amplitude. The balconies appear randomly at the ends, giving the composition a varied rhythm.

Inside the apartments, it was decided with the client to include open kitchens in order to better integrate the living and dining room space. The central rooms have the proposal of being able to vary according to the decisions of the buyer, being able to opt for a living room or a room, or join both spaces to generate a larger room, which gives it some flexibility.
