SUV12 seeks as a first point, to rescue the positive of the architectural and urban architectures of the collective housing of the past, but contextualizing them in the present time, such as the current economic situation, environmental factors, sustainability, future projections and the user’s appropriation of their habitat.
The architectural program includes around 2,500 flexible housing units, community buildings, education, sports and cultural infrastructure. The location is based on chaining the blocks to create public spaces around them, with the intention that each apartment can see towards the street or towards the green areas.
