It is proposed to think of an architecture that can evolve over time, and fulfill in each of its instances the will to resolve a space as a containment in the face of some natural or human disaster, but that at the same time sows the first seed of urbanity in places where there has been a lack of planning and accessibility to basic services, with potential for future city expansion and rapid planning of the “system” for the generation of public space and housing. During the emergency period, these infrastructures would adopt a help mission, such as temporary shelters, medical post and educational classrooms. After the Emergency, these containers would adopt their final function, becoming a point of reference and a new identity for the relocated population, accompanied by an improvement in the quality of the public space standard.
