The Amancaes’s flower is endemic to the coastal hills of Peru, it only appears in the cold and cloudy season. Despite being the flower that gives the city of Lima its symbolic “yellow” color, at present this species is in danger of extinction.

The project seeks to reinforce the sense of identity and commitment of the population, providing the park with a series of beneficial services for the environment, transforming a set of tanks into yellow flowers that keep the water that is so scarce stored. Geometrically, the project articulates simple and multifunctional buildings towards the perimeter of the park and the street, and towards the center, the park can be used in its maximum expression.
