The project has a facing brick cladding, which contrasts quite well with the clarity of the sky, in addition to having good maintenance and little cleaning due to temporary rains in the area. Additionally, both for the interior design of the offices, as well as for the elements that protrude from the façade, the yellow color was used, in order to accentuate elements such as false ceilings, furniture and other environments.
