Exteriores Lima Hub

We are commissioned to participate in the master plan project for an urban center made up of office buildings, hotels and a logistics center near the Lima Airport.

To give it a slightly more urban character, harder areas were also handled where the trees stand out with perforations in the floor and we have a tour of large-format sculptures.

We were responsible for the design of the open space between the buildings, which should be thought of as a space for social integration and internal recreation of the complex, for which the proposal proposed was a fluid design of the spaces, generating “green islands” and where around them people can sit and interact in the space, the idea is that over time these spaces increase their vegetation to the point that it becomes a large forest
