Located in a ravine at the end of the beach, although it is not located in front of the sea, it can be reached through a path that can be accessed.

The project had a complicated topography with a “hollow” type of terrain, these factors conditioned the proposal that all the apartments could have a view of the sea, for which the position and taking of the building, is staggered and opens towards the visuals exteriors, generating interior terraces and balconies.

It has common areas such as a gym, cafeteria, laundry, multipurpose rooms, in the lower part there are swimming pools for the owners which are also oriented towards the open space.
