The idea The Zaguán is one of the types of architectural spaces that colonial houses used the most, it welcomed, served as a waiting space and in some cases, it marked the axis of the building. The project proposes a transition between the restored house and the new building, where the search for light is the one that guides the way, gradually appearing until finally ending with a yard, an open space, completely towards the sky and which is located with a final volume, the original block of the back of the restored house. The latticework, as in the colonial balconies, gives just privacy to prying eyes, and the vertical garden gives people the opportunity to incorporate vegetation.
