On the one hand, the main requirement of the project is to be able to serve as a building connected to a natural water spring from which it can be supplied and carry out the treatment and bottling of water, so the first level program is more related to these processes. , for cleaning space, treatment, water storage, as well as administrative offices of the company. On the other hand, the client wanted to have a private space, a mini-apartment for use on weekends.

A compact image that is positioned on the site, with a closed façade when it is used as a treatment plant and with an open façade when it is used as a dwelling, with this it is possible to play with different readings, between the domestic and the institutional.
