On a corner piece of land, this 3-level house is proposed, starting with a basement where we find a living room and service areas, the first floor through the current one can be accessed through the central part of one of the sides, and the second level where we find an open terrace which can be accessed from the outside of the house, in order to receive visitors and have a much more active social life.
As part of the composition of the façade, lattice-type elements of the same type of wood as the ceiling were integrated. This same latticework is present in the interior space, giving privacy to some rooms around an interior patio.
A roof has been designed which covers the areas where more time is spent, such as the table area and being on the terrace from a wooden structure in sun and shade.
