The project is positioned freely on the ground in order to generate the largest number of facades, and respecting the largest number of existing trees. The house maintains horizontality in most of the spaces, it has only been decided to raise the height of the ceiling in certain areas such as the dining room, living room and main bedrooms to give it greater hierarchy. Sloping roofs are generated, conducive to a better entry of light, better behavior in the event of rain, and a better relationship between the exterior and the interior, enjoying greater visuals.
At the level of space, a compact distribution was sought, with small spaces but that meet all the comfort requirements.
