Casa Cádiz

The objective of the project is to be able to build a new single-family house with three floors and a roof terrace, with spaces for social, private and service areas, such as: living room, dining room, swimming pool, games room, family room, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, service bedroom, terrace and barbecue area.

We find the house with a rectangular figure, quite regular, towards the street the facade is worked from exposing glass balconies on each floor under a wooden background and framing a white cantilevered volume to give an urban presence from the second building level.
